Subcontracting Manager
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Business, or Engineering
⦁ Experience with bid process and bid evaluations
⦁ Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with subcontracts and
⦁ Minimum 5 years subcontracts experience
⦁ Proven ability to develop, negotiate and ad minister complex subcontracts and related policies
⦁ Demonstrated effectiveness in prioritizing multiple tasks, monitoring progress and managing efforts to meet deadlines
⦁ Support subcontract activities for tenders and proposals
⦁ Be a team player
⦁ Fluent English and Chinese expression skills
