The Roads Authority was established in terms of Section 2 of the Roads Authority Act, Act no. 17 of 1999. The
Authority fully became operational on the 01 April 2000. The Roads Authority is responsible for the management of
national road network with a view of achieving a safe and efficient road sector.

PARALEGAL: Patterson Job Grade C3
Duty Station WINDHOEK

Primary Purpose

To assist the Company Secretary in the provision of administrative support,
and corporate governance custodial to the Board of Directors.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

– Paralegal Diploma
– B. Juris Degree will be an added advantage
– Four (4) years’ relevant experience of company secretariat or office
administration and secretarial environment
– Code B driving license as an added advantage
