WE ARE HIRING:
HEAD CHEF
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Culinary Certificate or diploma.
- Minimum +8 years’ experience in a restaurant.
- HACCP trained or the equivalent.
- All-rounder in the kitchen will be an added advantage.
- Menu Planning and Creativity
- Stocktake, Weddings and Functions Adaptability and Problem-Solving Must be at least 30 years or older.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Must be willing to relocate and live at Goanikontes
