A minimum of 5 years’management or similar related experience in a similar role in a horticultural environment. Previous landscape construction experience. Develop and establish effective landscape, gardens and ground maintenance solutions inclusive of techniques and processes.

Required Education and Professional Experience

• Formal horticultural qualification/certificate.
• Strong plant knowledge with a high attention to detail and level of skill when working with plants, shrubs and trees.
• A can-do, proactive attitude, friendly and able to work well with others, but also in an independent. unsupervised role.
