experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – LLB degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Industrial Relations
- Experience – 5 to 8 years of Labour Law and Practice experience
- Proven track record of experience in presiding over disciplinary hearings
- Excellent negotiation skills
