Scope of the Program:

• A 12 month contract for on the job training through rotation at our business units.
• Coaching and mentoring
• Relieving in different towns as part of the rotation plan
• Monitoring and evaluation of progress at specific intervals
• Targeted training

Key Requirements:

• 30 years or younger
• Drivers License
• Namibian Citizen
• Computer Literacy
• Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Passion for personal growth
• 3 year business related tertiary qualification
