2X BRANCH ADMINISTRATORS (JOB GRADE C3) DUTY STATION: FISH SHOP [LUDERITZ & RUNDU]

Vacancy Description

Purpose of the job:

Responsible for all sales and administrative activities assigned at the Fish Shop. Manages subordinates ensures quality and consistency of products and service delivery.

Key Performance Areas:

Responsible for overall administration and supervision for the branch.
Develops and implements special sales/promotional activities.
Prepare monthly sales reports.
Manage stock by ensuring balancing on a daily/monthly basis and providing relevant reports.
Ensure proper customer service.
Manage and administer HR matters at the branch.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Grade 12 certificate, plus a Diploma in Business Administration. Marketing, Human Resources. Accounting/Finance or any other related field A Bachelor’s Degree would be an added advantage.
A minimum of three (3) years of working expenence in a supervisory capacity in a sales environment.
Experience in working with money is mandatory.
Computer literacy (Ms Word. Excel. Outlook, etc.) is compulsory.
