𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

• Responsible for acting as a liaison between
customers and the company.
• Signing up new customers and activating of
accounts.
• Manage customer deposits and customer pay-out
requests.
• Liaise with the software provider technical support
team where necessary.
• Daily cash ups
• Assist online clients with betting website and
attend to their queries

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

• Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics as a subject
(recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Sales experience and customer care experience
• Call centre experience will be advantageous

𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge and interest in various sporting
disciplines is advantage.
• Telephone etiquette
• Attention to detail and ability to work well with and
in a team
