Mercedes Benz Windhoek Has the following internal vacancy:
Position: Dealer Principal

Purpose of Position:

To effectively manage the overall dealership to achieve objectives including budget and target achievement of vehicle sales, aftersales support and profits, while maintaining customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Key Performance Areas:

Develop and execute a business plan to achieve monthly and annual targets for all departments.
Planning an developing short and long-term goals and objectives and submitting time projections to management for approval.
Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all employees.
Assist in developing the advertising and marketing plan.
Managing daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of processes in all departments.
Reporting on dealership performance.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and dealer franchise requirements at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Fluent in English.
Valid Drivers License.
Namibian Citizenship.
At least 3 Years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in Motor/Retail industry, but not a prerequisite.
Must have a flair for sales and customer service.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have “hands-on” approach to achieve results.
Good administrative and management skills.
Team player with outstanding leadership skills.
Highly competent and self-motivated person.
