Position requires :

• Care for up to 30 patients in the Frail Care Center.
• Ensure appropriate patient medication is administered as directed.
• Excellent record keeping
• Managing a team of up to 10 staff.
• Management of equipment and care and maintenance thereof.
• Management of medical stocks.
• Must be prepared to be on stand-by 24/7 in rotation with other senior staff.

Key Requirements :

• Age ; preferable 40 – 55.
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Namibia
• Minimum Qualification; General Nursing.
• Minimum 10 years nursing experience
• Experience in geriatric/dementia care a distinct advantage
• Experience as a Sister-in-charge (Ward Sister)

General :

• Accommodation can be available on site
• Knowledge of German language will be a distinct advantage
