Reservations Consultant Location: Windhoek
The time has come to take the next step in your career! Namibia Country Lodges has an exciting opportunity for a Reservation Consultant in the reservation department.

The ideal candidate must meet all the following requirements:

⦁ Grade 12 certificate,
⦁ Accounting and administration skills,
⦁ Fully computer literate,
⦁ Innkeeper experience,
⦁ Minimum 2 years of reservation working experience,
⦁ Tertiary certificate or diploma in hospitality/tourism will be an advantage,
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans, German will be an advantage,
⦁ Ability to multi-task,
⦁ Innovative and creative – capability and willingness to lead the reservation team to new levels,
⦁ Able to meet strict deadlines,
⦁ Able to handle a high volume of work,
⦁ Exceptional customer services skills and outgoing friendly attitude,
⦁ Ability to solve any problem or guest/tour operator enquiries that may arise.
⦁ Proven ability to take the initiative to manage all aspects of the reservation department in the absence of a reservation manager,
⦁ Skills to assist with reservation training (new and current employees).
