Locations:

Khomas Region Based in Windhoek
Erongo Region Based in Walvis Bay or Swakopmund

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our coffee products to potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
– Identify potential customers and establish relationships with them
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
– Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ products
– Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a coffee salesman or in a similar sales role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of coffee products and industry trends
– Ability to travel as needed
– Own Vehicle will be an added advantage
– Non-smokers very important due to customers’ preferences
