Paratus Telecommunications currently has one vacancy for a Sales Executive Retail at our Swakopmund Shop

The position entails the following:

• The successful candidate will be working as a strong team player, promoting the full range of Paratus products and services available to the customer;
• The ideal candidate is an individual who can work in a fast-paced industry, who is young and dynamic with the will and power to succeed;
• The individual will need to liaise at all levels both within and outside the Company, and be well-presentable and professional at all times;
• To meet monthly individual Company targets for new business and manage and maintain Hold and Defend base;
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications;
• The successful candidate should be able to reconcile stock with cash and bank receipts;
• The successful candidate must be customer service oriented; and
• The candidate should possess strong data analysis skills.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Grade 12 Certificate;
• Certificate / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant qualification;
• N+ certification, basic IT skills;
• 2 – 3 years of proven experience in a related field or industry with a sales and marketing background;
• Valid driver’s licence; and own transport;
• Advanced computer literacy, and sound knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Excel and
• Fluent in German would be an advantage.
