CURRENT VACANCY
BRANCH MANAGER: OTAVI
The successful incumbent will be based in Otavi and report to the Operations Manager: Retail & Wholesale.
Principal Accountabilities:
Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
Accountable for sales, gross profit, and net profit
Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
Controls costs (general expenses)
Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
Responsible for the branch & fuel station (shopping experience, facility management, etc.)
Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
Effectively manages specials and promotions
Qualifications & Attributes:
Namibian citizenship
A Grade 12 Certificate
A business-related degree will be an advantage
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
Proficiency in English
Computer literacy (MS Office)
A valid driver’s license
