VACANCY
MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION – D2, WINDHOEK
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
⦁ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field from an accredited university.
⦁ At least seven (7) years’ experience in HR administration/management of which 5 years should be on a supervisory level.
⦁ Experience in working with senior levels of management, policymakers, and executives.
⦁ Experience in handling staff benefits and human resources information management systems (HRIMS).
⦁ Strong leadership skills.
⦁ Experience in change management and organizational development will be an added advantage.
⦁ Clean Code of Conduct Certificate.
⦁ Valid driver’s license.
