MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To receive payments for accounts, service rendered and prepaid water sales from members of the public
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

⦁ Receive money at cast) Hall
⦁ Process transaction of payment received on the system
⦁ Handling enquiries at the counter
⦁ Handling of prepaid water meters sales
⦁ Fifang of duplicate receipts and daily cash ups forms

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

⦁ Grade 12 with 25 points in Accounting and Maths
⦁ A certificate in Book-keeping will be an added advantage
⦁ 1-year experience m a similar environment.
⦁ Good communication sk*s
⦁ Handling of cash skills
⦁ High level of accuracy
⦁ Customer care skills
