Woermann Brock, a leading Namibian retail group, is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Training Manager to join our HR team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will drive the success of our employee training and development programs across the organization.
Requirements:
NQF Level 7 qualification in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Management experience in HR and OD development or Retail is preferred
The ability to travel and a valid driver’s license are mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training and development policies and strategies
Oversee the Training and Development section
Conduct needs assessments and analyzes training requirements
Design and deliver training programs and courses
Train managers, supervisors, and team leaders
Liaise with government institutions and training suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of Training and Development management, a general understanding of the retail sector, and the ability to link people development to real business needs.
