The Namibia Training Authority is inviting applications for the following position
General Manager:
Finance And Administration (Grade E2)
Duty Station: Head Office
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Purpose: To strategically lead and manage the Finance and Administration
Department of the NTA.

• Financial Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Budget
• Risk Management
• Leadership
Other Competencies:
• Accounting skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills
Qualifications and Experience:
• A Masters Degree in Financial Management
or equivalent qualification from a recognised
institution (NQF Level 9).
• Ten (10) years’ relevant experience of which
5 years senior management or middle
management level.
