DESCRIPTION

JV partner relationship management.
Management of incoming and outflowing information.
Ensure the contractual and statutory (Petroleum law) obligations are fulfilled on time.
Management of JV logistics and administrative duties, such as – drafting of meeting minutes, circulation of information to relevant parties, and ensuring constant follow-up of meeting actions.
Supervise the paper and electronic archiving of the JV documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferably a legal graduate or extensive experience in managing commercial and legal relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
Sound technical and business professional experience of 6 – 10 years.
Proven interpersonal skills & qualities of engagement.
