General Description of Duties:

1. Develop and Implement strategic plans for road & house construction and maintenance projects
2. Manage the construction process, including bidding, contract negotiation, and oversight of contractors and subcontractors
3. Monitor construction progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that road construction projects align with broader goals and priorities
5. Manage and oversee staff. Including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience In road construction, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to Inspire and motivate staff and contractors.
4. Be able to speak Chinese and English smoothly.
