Construction/Project Manager
ASE invites applications of experienced Construction Managers to be responsible for the
monitor and manage resources, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site activities, including
updates/forecasts of budget projections.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the technical (including engineering design),
commercial and execution management of engineered systems projects, from
inquiry through to contract execution, including planning and financial control.
• Establish and maintain a positive and informative relationship with clients,
contractors, and personnel.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for the successful and timeous completion of
all projects throughout Namibia.

Requirements

• A formal tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma) in a
technical/scientific field.
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met.
• Knowledge of pumps, piping, water treatment processes and technologies, control
systems, and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• 5 – 10 years of working experience in service, maintenance and/or management
• Namibian citizenship or permanent residence permit.
