GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS – Lufthansa

Lufthansa partnering with Elite Employment to onboard, up to 144 German Speaking Customer Service Consultants from March to December 2023, in permanent positions.

Requirements:

• Fluent German-speaking individuals who can also speak English fluently.
• Eager individuals who would like to work from the comfort of their own homes.
• Certified Matric Certificate.
• Namibian Citizen or a Permanent resident and/or have Domicile.
• Must have fibre with 20Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. When submitting your application please provide copies of your internet speed and proof of the fibre showing the required speed.

Nature of Role:

• Permanent position.
• Call Centre work from home.
• Shift work and hours in accordance with Namibian labour law.
• Equipment and training will be provided.

Benefits & Remuneration:

• N$ 25,000 per month, including Medical Aid.
• 13th cheque, based on performance.
• Over-time if necessary.
• Maternity Leave – 4 months (company will cover the balance from Social Security payment)
