A vacancy exists for Analyst Human Resources within the Human Resources department reporting to the Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide on-site support to the human resources team a on all HR systems, to ensure regular upgrades and system integrations are implemented successfully and ensure effective and efficient running of all HR systems. Improve the performance of various HRIS throughout and make recommendations to management to improve performance metrics across departments.
Key performance areas
Maintains HSE standards.
Provides technical support on HR SAP Modules (Organisational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Recruitment, SuccessFactors Performance Management and Learner Management system and Time and Attendance (FLOW).
Coordinates and create system improvements with the Information Technology department by logging calls and ensure it’s dealt with effectively
Conducts frequent system audits to ensure the validity and consistency of HR information and data.
Performs system and application upgrades, as well as provides training and technical support to all HR users and administrators.
Optimizes HRIS processes, integrates new software, and performs diagnostic tests.
Assists the HR user to clearly write technical requirements for any upgrades on the systems.
Assists in generating and creating HR Reports and ensure accessibility to all HR users.
Ensures operating conditions that minimize consumable costs where possible.
Improves the effectiveness and contribution of the human resources processes and systems to supporting the HR strategic goals, by identifying and implementing world-class practices.
Minimum requirements of the role:
Grade 12 with a recognized degree in Computer Science or a National Diploma in Computer Science or SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Certification.
Degree: Three (3) years relevant experience in the Human Capital Management systems environment.
National Diploma: Five (5) years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management systems environment.
Certification: Seven (7) years in Human Capital Management systems environment.
System experience in the processes such as organizational management, personnel administration, e-recruitment, time management, payroll, learning and performance management is essential.
A valid Code B driver’s license.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
Proficiency in HRM software, such as Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, and purely HR.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
High-stress tolerance skills.
Office administration – MSWord and Excel
