Tractor Driver

Purpose of Position

To operate the tractors and equipment, collect and heap up manure in the paddocks, to load manure on trucks, prepare farmland, sow, weed, fertilize, cut, and harvest crops.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

Grade 10
2 years’ experience as a driver of tractors/trucks and agricultural machinery
Code BE licence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Operate agricultural machinery as instructed to prepare the soil, plant, weed, fertilise and harvest the crops.
Transport seeds and fertilisers to different fields
Transport harvested crops to Superfarm
Handle and transport seeds, fertilizers, and harvested crops with the outmost care
Collect and heaping up manure in paddocks is effectively
Care and Maintenance of tractors and equipment
Adherence to Health & Safety procedures
