KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage all operational functions including Sales, Marketing,
Administration and Industrial Relations of the company.
•Manage stock levels, shrinkage, and all other expenses to an
acceptable standard.
•Drive initiatives to increase the company’s Market Share.
•Train and develop staff to increase production efficiency.
•Act as a Mentor to staff members, by motivating and guiding
staff to reach their full potential.
•Implement, monitor, and maintain company policies & procedures
throughout all operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
•Must have completed Grade 12
•Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the building industry coupled with a high level of management skills, sales, problem-solving, product knowledge, and marketing.
•Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License
•IQ system experience would be an added advantage.
•Required skills: A strong leader and team builder with good interpersonal skills. Self-starter, Driven, Go getter and Passionate.
