REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
⦁ Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills – assertive, honesty
⦁ Strong personality – accepts responsibility and is willing to go the extra mile
⦁ Ability to work under pressure and meet customer needs and requirements
⦁ Strong customer care and background (Develop and maintain customer relations)
⦁ Valid code 8/BE drivers license
⦁ Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Pastel is an advantage
⦁ Experience in the construction and steel industry is beneficial
⦁ Namibian citizen with no criminal record
⦁ KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
⦁ Negotiating variations in price, deliveries and specifications with customer
⦁ Point of Sale transactions
⦁ Liaising with manager to check on progress of existing orders
⦁ Aiming a clear understanding of customers and their requirements
⦁ Provide customers with quotes, product information.
⦁ Assist with daily cash ups
