Education/Qualifications:
⦁ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
⦁ Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Short-term Insurance;
⦁ Grade 12 with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the short-term insurance industry.
Experience/Knowledge & Skills:
⦁ At least 3 years of short-term insurance claims assessment, administration, and/or underwriting skills;
⦁ Analytical, decisive, and problem-solving skills;
⦁ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
⦁ Good organizational and time management skills;
⦁ Excellent user of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint;
⦁ Sound knowledge of Client database management.
Behavioral Skills:
Strong customer service;
Conceptual thinking, planning, and organizing; Persuasiveness, Assertiveness, Organisational awareness, Problem-Solving, and decision-making;
Results-orientated data rationality, ability to work independently and under pressure; Effective client relationships management.
