KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS.
Install, assemble, and configure computers, network infrastructure, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware
Monitor network performances for clients
Familiarity with VPN technology, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Provide and maintain documentation In support of the server environment.
Participate in the evaluation of new products and network upgrades.
Provide frontline support to clients.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Grade 12 certificate, plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years experience of relevant working experience in Information Technology
Project Management Skills.
Good customer care skills.
