Job Summary
This job will mainly focus on Client Services and Administration including the Reconciliation of Clients accounts and Finance duties.

Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Monitor and manage the cash flow received within the depart­ment with regard to client invoice payments.
⦁ Draw up and compile the reconciliations of client portfolios against cash, script accounts and bank statements.
⦁ Check and issue quarterly and monthly client investment reports and statements.
⦁ Provide clients reporting on values and unit price portfolios.
⦁ Prepare and issue client fee invoices
⦁ Assist with new clients’ onboarding and all clients with queries relevant to their portfolios.
⦁ Assist with process documentation and record keeping.
⦁ Resolve client concerns, queries, and complaints.
⦁ Compile and submit quarterly compliance reports to the Regula­tor.
⦁ Assist with all adhoc administration within the Collective Invest­ments Manco.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Academic:
⦁ Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points
⦁ Bachelor degree in Accounting and or Financial Mathematics/Economics/investments
Experience:
⦁ 2-3 years working experience in the Financial/insurance industry specifically asset management,
⦁ Knowledge of laws and legislation applicable to the financial and Investment services industry.
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
⦁ Must be Profident with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills and portray good self-image
⦁ High levels of personal ethics, integrity, and emotional maturity
⦁ Good knowledge of networking and reporting
⦁ Able to work well under pressure and independently
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
