Requirements
Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and or Financial Mathematics/Economics/Investments
2-3 years of working experience in the Financial/Insurance industry specifically asset management,
Knowledge on laws and legislation applicable to the financial and Investment services industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the cash flow received within the department with regard to client invoice payments.
Draw up and compile the reconciliations of client portfolios against cash, script accounts, and bank statements.
Check and issue quarterly and monthly client investment reports and statements.
Provide clients with reporting on values and unit price portfolios. Prepare and issue client fee invoices
Assist with new clients’ onboarding and all clients with queries relevant to their portfolios.
Assist with process documentation and record keeping.
Resolve client concerns, queries, and complaints.
Compile and submit quarterly compliance reports to the Regulator.
Assist with all ad-hoc administration within the Collective Investments Manco.
