Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of all HR functions.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment and selection
Management and administration of staff compensation and benefits
Organizational development
Employee training and development
Employee engagement and retention
Employee health, safety, and wellness
Employee and industrial relations
Annual reporting and compliance
Added Advantages 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
At least five (5) years of experience in a generalist role
Extensive understanding of human resource best practices and the Namibian labour legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous.
Namibian citizenship
