Key Performance Areas
⦁ Marketing and Sales of Khomas Loyalty Fund Membership.
⦁ Meet monthly Khomas Loyalty Fund targets.
⦁ Prepare presentations on a regular basis.
⦁ Check, prepare, and send KLF paperwork to Windhoek.
⦁ Print and allocate KLF cards to cardholders.
⦁ Print benefit sheets upon consultation
⦁ Ability to work well in a team and independently.
⦁ Ability to liaise with all levels of employees.
⦁ Inter-personal skills.
⦁ Self-starter and problem solver with excellent administrative skills.
⦁ Ability to be flexible and work with minimal supervision.
⦁ High standard quality of work and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
⦁ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
⦁ Vibrant and Energetic.
⦁ Well Groomed.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Knowledge of office management systems.
⦁ Welt spoken-English Proficiency.
⦁ Other local Indigenous languages will be a bonus
⦁ Proven Work Experience
⦁ Ability to multi-task
⦁ Computer Literate (Word. Excel and Email)
⦁ Ability to prioritize their work with attention to detail.
⦁ Namibian Citizen
⦁ Sign Language will be an added advantage.
