We have a HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION position available in our Team.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
*Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
*Recruit new staff members, and asses their performance.
*Ensure probationary staff complete new documentation in a timely fashion.
*Attend to and resolve employee grievances
*Process and compile information for the salary office monthly
*Ensure compliance with national regulations pertaining to this industry
*Ensure employee records are kept up to date
*Writing and placing adverts for any open vacancies
*Keep a record of all CVS received
*Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures including team restructuring
*Attending to disciplinary hearings and the procedures to follow.

What are we looking for in our next Teammate?
*Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and employee recruitment
*Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
*Must be highly computer literate (EXCEL)
*Familiarity with HR software, processes
*Must have a strong understanding of national laws related to HR.
*Willing to expand your knowledge to the rest of our operations.
*Strong organizational skills and effective at working cross-functionally
*High Level of Energy, Professional, friendly, and Determined
*Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
*Must be willing to work flexible working hours and go the extra mile.
*Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable Vehicle
