The Fund provides assistance and benefits to all people injured and dependants of those killed in motor vehicle accidents in accordance with MVA Fund Act, Act 10 of 2007.

The MVA Fund invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and competent persons to join us workforce in me the following position:
Chief Corporate Affairs (Patterson E2) – 5 Years fixed term contract Windhoek Service Center
The successful candidate will be accountable to the Chief Executive Officer and will provide leadership to the Corporate Affairs function which includes Communication, Stakeholder Management, Public Education, and Accident & Injury Prevention.
Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Acts as the point of contact on media inquiries and creates opportunities for media coverage of the Fund’s activities and services,
⦁ Serves as a custodian of corporate identity and brand management,
⦁ Strategically engage with internal and external stakeholders and provide appropriate and timely information and responses,
⦁ Develop and implement Corporate Social Investment policy,
⦁ Responsible for the development and implementation of the Fund’s Accident and Injury Prevention and Public Education Strategy,
⦁ Develop and implement Stakeholder Management Strategy,
⦁ Provide leadership and ensure the performance management of the Unit,
⦁ Ensure people and financial management of the Unit.
Competencies and Skills Requirements:
A Master’s Degree in Media Studies, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or Marketing. Eight (8) years of working experience of which three (3) years at a senior management level. Confident, energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative. Ability to analyze, understand and communicate complex business information. Proven track record in working with diverse stakeholders. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels. A high degree of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Please Note: Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to competency assessments. Foreign qualifications to have them verified by the Namibian Qualifications Authority.
