The Namibian College of Open Learning is an educational institution
established by an Act of Parliament which provides courses for
adults and out-of-school youth.

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting service, thereby adding
value and improving organizational operations
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Execute Risk-based Audits.;
• Execute Fraud Investigations;
• Liaise and Maintain Relationships with Stakeholders;
• Budgeting.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing.
• A Certified Internal Auditor.
• At least (4) years of internal audit experience / Articles
KNOWLEDGE:
Full membership to relevant professional bodies i.e. The Institute of Internal Auditors
(“IIA”). IIA Standards, KING IV, NAMCODE, IFRS, Public Enterprise Act 1 of 2019,
negotiates effectively by identifying common ground and potential solutions to all
parties – emphasizes benefits of the suggested approach.
