Key Performance Areas

Financial management and financial control of the Toyota Division with the collective theme of centralization and standardization
Assistance in the drafting of the Toyota Division Strategic Plan and the implementation thereof
Lead and build capable, motivated teams
Ensure that all statutory obligations are fully complied with
Collate and analyse Dealerships’ monthly financial statements and management reports for reporting to General Manager
Board pack compilation, interpretative report writing and presentation
Manage and control cash flow, including banks and floorplan, through effective utilization
Implement effective controls for debtors, creditors and cash
Assist in preparing group annual budgets
Assist in streamlining business operations
Identify business risks and address same through recommended mitigating controls

Experience and Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience
Automotive experience will be advantageous

Driver’s license
The vacancy is based in Walvis Bay, however, travel outside of Walvis Bay would be required
