HEAD: PROCUREMENT – Namibian College 287 views

JOB PURPOSE:
The Head of Procurement is responsible for administering the procurement activities
at the College and provide support to the Directorates/Regions in the execution of their
procurement activities.

• Procurement Strategy and Business Operations
• Compliance with relevant Legislations
• Management and Administration
• Monitoring & Supervision
• Financial and Risk Management

REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business Administration or
related discipline; and at least three (3) years of relevant work experience;
• A valid Code B driver’s license.
OR
• Honours Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business Administration or
related discipline; and at five (5) years of relevant work experience;
• A valid Code B driver’s license.

Knowledge:
Public Enterprise Procurement Act 1 of 2019, Guidelines and Regulations; Standard
Procurement Templates, College policies and guidelines; Computer literate;
