The Blood Transfusion Service of Namibia has a vacancy for a
HR and Payroll Officer (Windhoek)
Working a forty-hour week, the HR and Payroll Officer will be based in Windhoek and be responsible for the company payroll and general HR matters.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Processing monthly payroll information by collecting, calculating, and accurately capturing data on the DBit payroll system.
⦁ Responsible for all HR functions as per the prescribed job description.
Minimum requirements + competences:
⦁ Degree / Diploma in Human Recourses
⦁ 5 years experience in a similar position
⦁ Good knowledge of payroll systems and general HR functional areas
⦁ Familiar with the Namibian Labour Law
⦁ Experience on DBit will be an advantage
⦁ Proven computer literacy
⦁ Good communication skills
⦁ A mature, reliable, and honest individual able to function within a confidential environment.
Remuneration: A market-related salary, with benefits, is subject to negotiation.
