Duty Station | WINDHOEK |
Primary Purpose | To address client enquiries efficiently, do follow ups and on-boarding calls, without compromising on service standard. |
Minimum Qualifications and Experience | National Diploma in Communication, Marketing or Business Management or related field (NQF level 6)
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Client/Customer Service environment or related area |
Key Responsibilities | Provides Client Support Service in timely, accurately and professional manner.
Acts as primary contact for any client inquiries and concerns either by telephone, in-person or electronic mediums. Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues. Utilizes the system effectively to ensure client data is correctly entered and clients are efficiently supported Communicates progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers. Maintains call logs, accurate files of adjustments and correspondence and documents all customer contacts. Offers relevant information and options to all customers. Obtains and supplies documents as requested in a timely manner. Be vigilant of calls waiting and responds positively at all times within prescribed time frame. Transfers and announces calls to appropriate departments. Ensures follow-up calls are completed timeously. Fosters a culture of teamwork by assisting colleagues when workload permits. Implements new knowledge / information by keeping abreast of developments and introducing change in work processes where appropriate. Any other related duty as may be assigned. |
