Key areas of responsibility:

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and Plant.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Inspect Plant, seals, equipment and access points.
• Reporting of alarms to Standby Security Staff.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Report safety issues and maintain safety register on shift.
• Qualifying requirements:

Minimum Grade 12

• Degree/Diploma risk Management will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years continuous working experience of which 2 years in a senior position.
• Previous experience in mining sector will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent English literacy
• Valid Code BE License
• SHE knowledge essential
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Reporting Skills
• Good Surveillance skills
