The Otjinene Village Council invites all interested candidates who have the necessary qualifications and experience to apply for the position of Expo Coordinator, on contract basis for a period of one year. EXPO COORDINATOR

REMUNERATION SCALE: N$60000.00 per annum

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide administrative support services for the promotion and marketing of Expo, Open Market and informal market activities within Otjinene Village.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Promote and market the Otinene Expo
• Formulate and posting/ emailing of sponsorship request letters for the Expo
• Prepare Exhibitors forms and distribute them to interested exhibitors.
• Register and allocate stands stalls to all paid up exhibitors.
• Processes applications of new vendors for Open Market and informal market businesses activities for consideration and approval by the Head:Human Resource and Administration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 with 20 points in 5 subjects with a certificate in Office Administration or related qualification.
• Computer Literate, Customer care and typing skills
• One (1) year practical experience in office Administration.
• Fluent in English Language.
