Job Responsibilities
• Manage and execute the GSA fleet maintenance program.
• Manage Phase-In/Phase-Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material.
• Manage the DIFM program to ensure assets are return and process in accordance with directives.
• Manage ERP system implementation, including procurement, receiving, manufacturing flow, inventory management & order fulfillment.
• Experience decision-maker in high-pressure environments; efficiently manage vital decision points autonomously to ensure mission accomplishment in multiple combat deployments.
• Create and continually monitor procedures for distribution and inventory in order to achieve superior results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Enter all necessary transactions in MRP system, perform cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze and evaluate command logistics performance to detect developing trends and substandard performance of USAEPG CONUS logistics support activities.
• Investigate all inquires relate to unaccounted HAZMAT to ensure accuracy.
• Process order request hazardous material follows safety standards according to companyregulations.
• Well familiarize with ERP systems and applications relate to financial and logistics management.
• Train in inventory management, logistics management, property accountability procedures, supply policy, cataloguing, logistics management information systems.
• Prepare monthly KPI & MBR reports.

Job Requirements
• bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• 5+ years previous experience in logistics management or coordination
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
