PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide theoretical and practical rail operations training and ensure that rail training knowledge, skill and
competencies needed to attain the Company’s objectives and individual career development are attained.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Train Driver Certificate at Proficiency level
Five years’ practical experience in a Train Operations environment
Theoretical and practical working knowledge of Train Operations
Presentation skills, good communication (verbal & written), good interpersonal relation skills, analytical and computer literacy skills
Self-starting initiative, emotional maturity, self-control, assertiveness, time management, independent and reliable
