PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To co-ordinate and control all training activities to ensure that the Company’s training and development needs are met and contribute to the achievement of the Company’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
Five years’ training experience of which three years should have been at Senior Training Officer level in a human resources development environment
Knowledge and understanding of human resources training and development functions and understanding of the Company’s business operations and interlinks of cross functions
Training and facilitation skills, coaching and mentoring skills, supervision, problem solving skills, analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starting initiatives, emotional maturity/ self-control, assertiveness, goal directedness, independence,consistency, time management, sensitivity/ empathy and stress management
