The Successful candidates will be responsible for the Profitable
Management of the Branch.

Job Description:

• The Financial Management of the Business Unit.
• Stock management within the Company Strategic Objective.
• Personnel Management including Mentoring of staff.
• General Management to ensure Company Policy and Procedures are applied.
• Provide excellent Customer Service including dealing with queries and complaints.
• The ability to be Creative in striving to continuously exceed Goals and Targets.
• Ensure Business unit comply with all relevant Legislation.

Knowledge and Skills:

Good understanding of the Retail Market and Retail KPI Measurements.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills.

Negotiating Skills.

Marketing Skills

Ability to establish and maintain long term Business Relationships.

Strong Proficiency in MS Office with well-develop skill levels in Excel and Word.

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.

Knowledge of the Labour Law and exposure to Industrial Relations.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent. A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Management of a Retail Branch.
• Proven record of accomplishment in the Positive Management of a Retail Business will be compulsory.
• Ability to manage medium to large teams.
• To continuously add value to the retail industry through reaching the Organizations* Strategic and Operational goals.
• Willing to work long and after hours as and when required based on Operational Requirements.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office.
• Namibian Citizen.
