DEBTORS & CREDITORS SUPERVISOR – O&L FRESH PRODUCE 601 views

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
O&L Fresh Produce is seeking a strong leader responsible for supervising and being the custodian of the complete administration function of the Creditors and Debtors Clerks through credit processing management, cash controlling, banking, payment processing and payment collection in order to manage the accurate processing of creditors, debtors and to ensure that outstanding payments are done, while building positive relationships with our customers and suppliers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervise Key Accounts and Creditors
Management of External Accounts
Credit Processing Management
Payment Collections
Claims – Pricing & Returns & quality claims
Administration
Supervision of Debtors and Creditors Clerks
Create Master-Record and One-time Vendors
Release Payments
Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
Process and/or Managing Claims/Levies
Processing of Inter-Company Transactions and Balances
People Management
Security & Health & Safety – withing the debtors and creditors department

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
Diploma in Finance/Administration
3-5 years working experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts payabl
OR
Grade 12 certificate with at least 6 years’ experience
Supervisory experience will be advantageous
Computer Literacy inclusive of Excel skills
