WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Manage all functions relating to Tenders and Estimations for all Megabuild branche Pricing on Bill of quantities.Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s) by government entities.Project costings and Direct Payment Agreements (DPA’s) Valuations.Material calculations.Pricing of Special Products.Supplier Product Training for Sales staff.Attend to customer queries and complaints relating to Tenders / Estimations.Direct management of the Tendering team via training and development to increase department efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Grade 12.Diploma or Degree in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying would be an advantage.Minimum 5 years site / building industry experience at Supervisor level.Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License.Kerridge system experience would be an added advantage.
