Requirements:
- A B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree in Financial or Cost;
- 5-10 years’ experience as a Cost Management in road construction, earthworks, surfacing and concrete experience on bridges;
- Fluent English and Chinese expression skills;
- Skilled in extracting information from vendor and internal data for estimating purposes;
- Experience in application of costing data across various construction packages;
- Experience in estimating across multiple projects simultaneously.
