Requirements:
- qualifications sufficient to perform the job role – minimum BA
- languages required – English, Chinese;
- 4 years’ and more experience in using CCS Candy software for tender compilations and tender project scheduling;
- Proven experience of sub-contractor evaluations, compilation of tender bid documents, procurement for materials, vendors and sub-contractors for tenders;
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be able to work under pressure, and most importantly, ensure deadlines and quality are met.
