• Grade 12
• N+&A+
• 3 Years’ Experience
• Computer Literate
• Own Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Altron Technologies Namibia in customer interactions professionally.
• Perform brake fix support within set SLA times by meeting customers’ needs & expectation.
• Be willing to work after hours or long hours if required. Be available to be on standby after hours, weekdays and on public holidays when required.
• Manage and repair NCR, Xerox & Retail equipment & stock on and off site.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues by proper fault diagnostics & run machines to test parts functioning.
• Advice customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Be able to train clients on new systems and software applications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and all supported devices as per set schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment for identifying malfunctions cause.
• Be willing to travel long distances for support in different town or areas.
• Complete Time sheets and expense reports on time.
• Establish relationships with clients and fellow employees.
